Green tea

It also contains catechins, a potent antioxidant which treats any periodontal disease, as it strengthens the connection between the teeth and gums, and it will reduce the gum swelling due to its powerful  anti-inflammatory properties.  All you need to do is to regularly drink a cup of this tea in the morning.

Aloe Vera

This popular and extremely beneficial herb is commonly used for skin care, due to its remarkable repairing and anti-inflammatory effects. In the case of receding gums, due to its antibacterial properties, Aloe Vera will treat the inflammation, repair the damaged tissue and prevent infections.

Use: Use Aloe vera as a mouthwash. Mix it with some water and gargle with it after brushing your teeth.Also, you can apply aloe Vera gel after flossing and brushing, and brush your teeth once more with it for 3- 5minutes.Afterwards, rinse well.

Oil pulling
